Services

In my experience, therapy works best when it is consistent and regular. Psychotherapy sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes once a week, or more frequently, based on client and clinician agreement. Deep and lasting change can take time. We will work together to determine our therapeutic focus, frequency, and duration of work, sensitive to your unique needs and goals for therapy.

I support clients navigating a variety of life issues including:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • chronic pain/ illness

  • grief and loss

  • trauma (past or present)

  • vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue

  • relationship difficulties

  • identity development (including sexual orientation, gender, race, and ability)

  • life transitions
